Mr. Easterling died July 23, 1903. She married Mr. Hiram[sic] W. Lawley in 1907 and to them 2 Children were born. He died several years ago. She died 10-23-1932, burial Walnut Creek.

Leaves a Wife and 6 Children, Grace, Earle, Elizabeth, Gladys, Charles, and Douglas all of these live in Atlanta, Ga., 2 Sons: Emmett and Elijah Thomas of Clanton, Mrs. Lena Baker of Clanton, and Mrs. Addie Cleckler of Atlanta. The four Children last named are children by his first Wife who was before her Marriage, Miss Eliza Eastlerling, who was a Grandaughter of Mahalia Popwell Mims, a Half-sister of Alfred Baker and a full Sister to Reuben Popwell. Mr. Thomas was a Son of Jesse Thomas who was born around 1800 and is buried at Chestnut Creek Cemetery.

Tony Smitherman officiating. Burial will follow at Shiloh Baptist Cemetery in Clanton, with Martin Funeral Home directing. Visitation was at Martin funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, Aug. 10, 2000, from 5-8 p.m. Traywick was born on March 15, 1911, in Chilton County, the daughter of the late Oliver L. and Bedie L. Ray. She was a homemaker. She died on Aug. 8, 2000, at Healthsouth Montgomery Rehab. Survivors include two daughters, Gulma Heflin, Albany, Ga., and Marjorie Chancellor, Pinehurst, N.C.; three sons, Thomas Traywick, Maple, N.C., Roger Traywick, Headland, and Len Traywick, Montgomery; three sisters, Gatie Mullins and Wilma Owens, both of Clanton, Ruth Silas, Prattville; two brothers, Aubrey Ray, Wetumpka, and John Ray, Prattville; 10 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard L. Traywick.
