Survivors include her husband; Allen Waldrop; four daughters, Mrs. Carolyn Namie of Winston-Salem, N.C., Mrs. Mary Allison of Birmingham, Mrs. Sylvia McIlwain of Washington, D.C. and Mrs. Barbara Reed of Hollywood, FL.; two sons,????? of Tampa, FL. and Mr. Harlon Waldrop of Jemison; one sister, Mrs. Evelyn Patterson of Pell City, AL.; two brothers, Mr. Bradford Turner of Leeds and Mr. Lawrence L. Turner of El Paso, TX. and 11 grandchildren.

Mrs. Mizzell was born in Chilton County on August 10, 1902 to the Late Will Lovelday and Susie Atchison Lovelady. She died at the Vaughan Regional Medical Center in Selma on July 13, 1997. She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Ruby Mae and Tommie Joe Fulford, Jones; two sisters, Willie Dale Thomas, Marion; and Hattie Bell Fuqua, Anniston.
